The Country Ever After star Criscilla Anderson has died aged 45, after she was diagnosed with colon\u00a0cancer<\/a>\u00a0seven years ago.<\/p>\n

News of Anderson\u2019s death was confirmed via her\u00a0Instagram<\/a>, in a post which included a statement she had written prior to dying.<\/p>\n

It read: \u2018If you\u2019re reading this, I\u2019ve finally slipped into the arms of Jesus \u2014 peacefully and surrounded by love.<\/p>\n

\u2018Please don\u2019t stay in the darkness of this moment. I fought hard and I loved deeply. I am not gone\u2026 I\u2019m Home.\u2019<\/p>\n

Anderson\u2019s pre-written message continued: \u2018My babies\u2026 I am watching over you.<\/p>\n

\u2018When a moment feels warm, familiar, or too beautiful to be coincidence \u2014 that\u2019s me. I\u2019m still mothering you. I\u2019m still yours.\u2019<\/p>\n

She signed off with a request: \u2018Be gentle with each other. Hold my children close.<\/p>\n

\u2018And remember: heaven isn\u2019t as far away as it feels. I love you all. Always.

The professional hip-hop dancer had three children with country star, Coffey Anderson. They met through mutual friends at a church, and started dating in 2008.<\/p>\n

They married in 2009, before Coffey filed for divorce in 2022.<\/p>\n

Together they had two girls and one boy Emmarie, Everleigh and Ethan. Anderson was also the stepmother to her partner\u2019s daughter, Savannah.<\/p>\n

Their reality TV show followed the pair as they raised their children together and navigated their opposing perspectives on life, defined as country vs city. It showed Anderson as she went through her cancer treatment.<\/p>\n

Anderson\u2019s career had seen her dance with stars like Britney Spears, Rihanna and Snoop Dogg. She worked as a choreographer for the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders, appearing in their Netflix show too.<\/p>\n

The performer was first diagnosed in 2018, according to\u00a0People<\/a>. In 2019, she was told it was stage four, and had spread throughout her para-aortic region, growing up her back.<\/p>\n

She told the\u00a0Daily Mail<\/a>\u00a0at the time: \u2018My first thought was that I have three babies that need their mom. It was the darkest day of my life.\u2019<\/p>\n

Coffey posted a tribute to Anderson on Instagram. It read: \u2018Criscilla defined strength and fighter like no other person on the planet. Heaven gained a star today.\u2019<\/p>\n

He finished, writing: \u2018I\u2019m glad you get to meet the two babies we lost\u2026<\/p>\n
