Bonnie Blue<\/a>\u00a0may face a 15-year prison sentence for allegedly making pornographic content in violation of Indonesia\u2019s morality laws after being detained in\u00a0Bali<\/a>\u00a0last week.<\/p>\n The\u00a0controversial creator\u00a0<\/a>also had her \u2018Bangbus\u2019 confiscated as she was taken into custody alongside 17 male tourists aged 19 to 40 on Thursday.<\/p>\n The adult star, real name Tia Billinger, 26, has been questioned by immigration officers following a police raid on a rental studio.<\/p>\n Blue travelled to Bali after she was banned from going to\u00a0Australia<\/a>\u00a0last year, encouraging Aussies to meet her in the province instead.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Bonnie Blue allegedly planned to film explicit material during \u2018schoolies week\u2019 \u2013 a celebration after high school that is similar to Freshers\u2019 Week for the UK.<\/p>\n Blue wrote: \u2018Hey boys, those that\u2019re going to Schoolies and to those who are barely legal, cannot wait to meet you \u2013 and I\u2019m in Bali, so you know exactly what that means.\u2019<\/p>\n But\u00a0Indonesia<\/a>\u00a0has strict morality laws and pornography is banned, with those found to be flouting the rules facing a jail sentence.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n If she is convicted, Blue could face up to 15 years in jail and a fine of about \u00a3270,000. Police have confirmed that she will be \u2018summoned\u2019 for an interview with Bali immigration officials in the next 48 hours.<\/p>\n Indonesian police said her group was creating \u2018content containing pornographic or immoral elements\u2019.<\/p>\n Blue\u2019s passport has been seized, but she was allowed to return to her hotel along with three male members of her team. They await updates while under investigation, with their means of returning to the UK blocked.<\/p>\n However, some 14 of the boys and men arrested \u2013 all of whom are Australian \u2013 were released without charge after the raid.<\/p>\n Blue\u2019s prospects may rest on whether the men involved participated in making any porn, which could be then used to turn a profit. If they made commercial content, the 14 men involved could still be charged.<\/p>\n Badung Police Chief Arif Batubara has confirmed, however, that the 14 men will be deported back to Australia once the investigation is complete.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Batubara added that Blue and three of the men \u2013 one Australian man and two Britons \u2013 are due to be questioned further on Wednesday.<\/p>\n Officials are said to be deciding how to proceed in the case, with the immigration department and Bali police working together.<\/p>\n Authorities also raided her accommodation, finding 19 outfits labelled \u2018School<\/a>\u00a0Bonnie Blue\u2019, a box of condoms, lubricant, nine pink necklaces, flash drives, two sheets of Viagra pills \u2013 some used.<\/p>\n After the raid, Batubara said: \u2018We have handed them over to the Immigration for further investigation on alleged breaking Immigration law.\u00a0The police investigation is still ongoing.
