Simon Cowell<\/a>\u00a0has revealed all in a chaotically candid new interview, discussing his physical transformation in depth.<\/p>\n From Botox to Cuban heels, the\u00a0X Factor<\/a>\u00a0judge shared how he\u2019s dramatically changed his appearance over the past few years after feeling \u2018puffy\u2019.<\/p>\n He\u2019s presenting a new trimmer image after losing three stone, ready for new\u00a0Netflix<\/a>\u00a0series,\u00a0The Next Act<\/a>, which has just dropped its first episode.<\/p>\n Simon, 66, scoured the country hoping to\u00a0form a new boy band<\/a>\u00a0to follow up the success of\u00a0One Direction<\/a>\u00a0over a decade ago.<\/p>\n The Sun<\/a>\u00a0interviewed him (while going through a\u00a0McDonald\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0drive-thru), and dug up some strange facts about the star\u2019s lifestyle.<\/p>\n Simon claimed to do \u2018about 40\u2019 press ups \u2018in one go\u2019, with his daily total usually sitting between 300 and 600, or \u2018If I\u2019m really going for it, a thousand.\u2019<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Alongside his fitness regime, spurred on after breaking his back in 2020, Simon keeps a strict diet with no sugar, dairy, red meat or gluten and eats under 1,000 calories per day.<\/p>\n \u2018I had the diet of a schoolboy, and was told by a dietician it was the worst diet he\u2019d ever seen. I have four 90-calorie beers a day, but pour half the\u00a0beer<\/a>\u00a0out and make it a shandy.\u2019<\/p>\n Simon \u2018basically eats the same things every day\u2019, starting off with a green protein smoothie, plenty of fruit porridge, and tea.<\/p>\n His lunch is a bit more stripped back, scranning half a hot cross bun no matter the time of year.<\/p>\n The\u00a0Britain\u2019s Got Talent<\/a>\u00a0star claimed he\u2019s not taken any GL-P1s to aid his weight loss as he\u2019s \u2018never been tempted\u2019.<\/p>\n There\u2019s no gastric band either, but he has had LINX surgery to stop acid reflux, which is a keyhole procedure and minimally invasive.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n He does, however, use intermittent fasting. Simon wraps up his dinner for the day at around 5pm to get 17 hours before his wake-up time at 10am.<\/p>\n Episode one of The Next Act sees his team in a panic, attempting to wake him up ahead of a breakfast interview at 7.45am.<\/p>\n This strict routine was broken in order to try a double Filet-o-Fish, telling the reporter: \u2018Excitingly, we\u2019re going into unknown territories now with the double fish burger. This is quite new, so I am very eager to try it.\u2019<\/p>\n Apparently, he removed the bun and cheese, eating just three chips and the two fish patties.<\/p>\n Other revelations included him not knowing what TK Maxx is but loving\u00a0Primark<\/a>\u00a0pjs, as well as once flying Easyjet to Spain \u2013 no private jets here.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Simon shared that he bathes four times a day, owns\u00a0200 identical charcoal grey t-shirts but only one pair of jeans, and regularly wears Cuban heels for the \u2018extra inch\u2019.<\/p>\n He also addressed his cosmetic procedures, echoing what he told\u00a0The Daily Mail<\/a>\u00a0last week \u2013\u00a0he\u2019s never had a facelift.<\/a><\/p>\n \u2018I\u2019ve had Botox. I\u2019ve had lasers and this and that. I look at myself sometimes and go, \u201cOh God, I look s**t.\u201d Sometimes I think I look OK. I\u2019m more about, \u201cIs it real?\u201d I guess that authenticity was my main thing,\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n He also shared: \u2018Breaking my back, weirdly, was a good thing, because I hadn\u2019t realised how unfit I was. Everything was spiralling badly down before that. So the exercise I had to do to recover and the diet change got me to where I am.\u2019<\/p>\n Previously, Simon has also revealed that he\u00a0stays young by \u2018washing his own blood\u2019<\/a>\u00a0and freezing himself.<\/p>\n \u2018I go to this\u00a0wellness<\/a>\u00a0clinic where they actually take your blood, they rinse it, they filter it, they put it back into your body,\u2019 he explained in an interview with the\u00a0Rolling Stone Music Now\u00a0<\/a>podcast<\/a>.<\/p>\n As for his professional life, he\u2019s hoping his new boy band might recapture some of that One Direction magic.<\/p>\n Ahead of the series, Simon revealed he would not be looking for talent who were previously signed or already working in the industry, instead wanting undiscovered stars.<\/p>\n![\"\"](\"https:\/\/badvibes.live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/GettyImages-1175627538-205x300.webp\")
