The 2024 People\u2019s Choice Country Music Awards, hosted by Shania Twain, elicited conflicting responses.<\/p>\n

It is not surprising that Shania was selected to present the awards because she is a worldwide icon whose appeal has endured for decades. Her career, which included hits like Man! I Feel Like a Woman! and others, earned her the recognition.<\/p>\n

Although Shania received a lot of attention, not always for the reasons she might have wanted, the event, which took place on September 26 at Nashville\u2019s Grand Ole Opry House, was well attended.<\/p>\n

Shania wore a variety of ensembles during the evening, including a strapless corset top with a satin miniskirt underneath a black cloak, a white fringe suit with a cowboy hat, and a sparkling crimson gown that was praised by the event\u2019s official Twitter account. But not everybody was in agreement. Online critics pointed out Shania\u2019s blond hair and said she didn\u2019t look like herself anymore. Others commented, \u201cYikes, that doesn\u2019t suit her,\u201d and \u201cShe\u2019s not recognizable now; too sad,\u201d while one Instagram user wrote, \u201cTotally ruined her looks.\u201d Some even suggested that she go back to having brunette hair.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Shania\u2019s all-denim red carpet ensemble drew mixed reviews.
