The email sent by his brother, Mark Epstein, has gone viral after he asked for photos of \u2018Trump blowing Bubba\u2019, a nickname which was given to Bill Clinton while he was president.<\/p>\n

\u2018Bubba\u2019 is a nickname that Clinton has been known by.<\/p>\n

The email thread mentions former\u00a0White House<\/a>\u00a0chief strategist, Steven Bannon, in which Mark writes: \u2018Ask him if Putin has the photos of Trump blowing Bubba?\u2019.<\/p>\n

But it does not clarify who he meant, and the context remains unclear.<\/p>\n

Robert Garcia, the top\u00a0Democrat\u00a0on the House Oversight Committee, told The Advocate about the 2018 exchange: \u2018That\u2019s a very, very interesting email. I read it as well.\u2019<\/p>\n

He stressed that the committee lacks sufficient information to accurately interpret the message.<\/p>\n

\u2018We are not sure, actually, what that\u2019s in reference to, obviously. So is it a joke? Is it not? Who\u2019s he talking about? We do not know,\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n

Bubba can be used as a term of endearment for a boy or man to mean \u2018older brother\u2019, according to the\u00a0Cambridge<\/a>\u00a0Dictionary.<\/p>\n

However, it can be derogatory for \u2018a white man from the southern US, especially one who is thought to be of low social class or badly educated\u2019, the dictionary said.<\/p>\n

The term is often used in southern US states, which could be in reference to Clinton\u2019s former status as governor of Arkansas.<\/p>\n
