Trump responds in true Trump form to disturbing new Epstein photos

A disturbing photo of Jeffrey Epstein soaking in a bathtub is in a second batch of intimate pictures released from the late financier’s estate.

The photos – released on Friday – included three of Trump, one of former prince Andrew Mountbatten and a host of other influential figures.

President Trump, who appears in-person, on condoms, and as a Halloween ‘Trumpkin’ in the photos, brushed speculation aside with a blunt four-word retort.

‘That’s no big deal,’ he told reporters at The White House on Friday evening.

The photo of Epstein in the bathtub is part of a second collection of images shared by the House Oversight Committee late on Friday.

The first set – released earlier that day – featured three photos of Trump, one of former prince Andrew Mountbatten and a host of other influential figures.

The president claimed he hadn’t seen the released photos and knew ‘nothing about it’.

‘Well, I haven’t seen it, but I mean, everybody knew this man,’ Trump said when asked about the images.

‘He was all over Palm Beach. He has photos with everybody. I mean, almost there are hundreds and hundreds of people that have photos with him.’

The House Committee is investigating whether the federal government properly investigated the socialite’s crimes.

Observers were stunned to see one photo featuring a bowl of condoms – each featuring a bizarre sketch of Trump on their packaging.

At the bottom of the condoms, each with a $4.50 price tag, the tagline ‘I’m HUUUUGE!’ is printed.

Donald Trump was in three photos, including one of him surrounded by women, whose faces have been blocked out.

The latest tranche of pictures includes a blonde-wigged Halloween ‘Trumpkin’ and former Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak.

The chilling photo of a bathing Epstein shows the child sex offender resting his head on a sodden towel, while covering his lower half with a shower curtain.

His dark eyes gaze into the camera lens as bubbles gather around his shoulders.

The cache, which includes a host of never-before-seen images, featured highly influential figures, including Bill Gates, former president Bill Clinton and Richard Branson.

One of the images released is of former prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Bill Gates.

It appears to be a cropped version of an image taken by a professional photographer, available to view online, with the fuller image depicting King Charles – then the Prince of Wales.

The images are from Epstein’s estate and were obtained by the Republican-led committee as part of its ongoing investigation.

None of the images indicate any sexual misconduct and there is no suggestion the women pictured are underage.

It is unclear who took many of the photos and when as they are undated.

The images are not from the Epstein files that the US Department of Justice ordered to be released by December 19.

Trump has previously said he ended his friendship with Epstein long before the late financier and socialite’s first conviction in 2008.

In another, Bill Clinton is pictured with Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein and another woman, signed with what appears to be a Bill Clinton signature.

Clinton has previously acknowledged taking four trips on Epstein’s private jet, with his staff, between 2002 and 2003.

The former president has denied any wrongdoing in connection with Epstein’s crimes.

In 2019, Clinton’s spokesperson said he knew “nothing about the terrible crimes” Epstein had committed.

Other famous figures included in the collection are Trump’s confidante Steve Bannon, former Harvard president Larry Summers, lawyer Alan Dershowitz and actor Woody Allen.

The House Oversight Committee is made up of over 47 members, including 26 Republicans and 21 Democrats.

It is investigating whether the US government properly investigated Epstein and Maxwell, who were both prosecuted over their roles in a sex-trafficking ring involving underage girls.

Epstein died in custody while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges in August 2019.

His long-time friend Maxwell was found guilty of helping him sexually abuse young girls, and sentenced to 20 years imprisonment, in June 2022.

Democrat representative Robert Garcia said in a statement that the committee is looking at ‘over 95,000 photos’ from Epstein’s estate.

He claimed even more would be released to the public ‘in the days and weeks ahead’.

But a spokesperson for the Republican-led Oversight Committee has criticised the Democrats for the release, saying they were ‘cherry-picking photos’.

They added that ‘targeted redactions’ aimed ‘to create a false narrative about President Trump’.
